The investigation identified that a filter intended to validate price quality was aggressively rejecting deals where a "List at" price (Peak Season Mode) could not be determined, effectively starving the system of new inventory as old deals expired via the Janitor (72-hour limit).

## Challenges & Root Cause
1.  **Aggressive Filtering:** The `_process_single_deal` function contained logic (found commented out in the repo but active in production) that rejected any deal where `List at` was missing or invalid. This prevented the system from storing "Silver Standard" or manual-review candidates.
